In network marketing, unpopular things that solve problems often involve constructive criticisms. We must be willing to compassionately coach others in areas they can improve. But we must also be willing to accept such criticisms ourselves.

Challenge for today:

Call 5 of your top leaders and share an observation with them regarding an area they can improve, but first ask them to offer an opinion of how you can improve your game.
